About the Role:
The Regulatory Quality Engineer (QE) is responsible for ensuring that processes, products, and services comply with pertinent laws, regulations, and standards primarily related to the implementation and maintenance of the ISO9001 and IATF 16949 quality system requirements. The QE plays a critical role in maintaining our reputation for delivering high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems, including inspection and test plans for changed products.
- Analyze non-conforming products for root cause using problem-solving techniques and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- Manage customer audits and regulatory agency audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with IATF 16949 and ISO9001 certifications required.
