**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Supervisor to join our dynamic retail team. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in store management, retail management, and possess strong leadership skills.
**Responsibilities:** -
* Manage store operations and ensure that all areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked. - Oversee sales associates and provide guidance on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
* Conduct employee orientations and training sessions to ensure that all team members are knowledgeable about the store's policies and procedures. - Assist in managing inventory, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
* Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to optimize pricing and promotions. - Utilize POS systems to process transactions and maintain accurate records. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. - Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and handle customer calls in a timely and courteous manner.
* Participate in the buying process and make recommendations to the store manager. - Support the store manager in implementing retail management strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues. - Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role. - Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team. - Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management. - Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset. - Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong phone etiquette skills. - Familiarity with retail management software and technology. - Ability to buy and manage inventory effectively.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
