Responsibilities
- Provide timely and quality repairs of customers' equipment
- Maintain high-quality customer service and care
- Promote and sell additional products and services
- Meet key performance metrics and/or productivity goals
- Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service
- Look for ways to improve business performance and enhance customer experience
- Communicate the benefits of the Value-Added Services Process to the customer
Qualifications
- Preferred 2 years’ service-related experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Mechanically inclined and like to work with your hands
- Great organizational skills/Active listening and communication skills
- Ability to use a computer for parts inquiries and ordering
- Working mechanical knowledge, including the use of tools and test equipment
- Ability to accurately repair customer equipment ensuring quality workmanship
- Flexibility to work variable and flexible hours
