Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional with a strong background in the seafood, beef, and fresh meat industry, specifically within the food service sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling fresh and frozen meats to restaurants, distributors, wholesalers, and other food service businesses. This role requires excellent relationship management, business development, and negotiation skills to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with food service clients, wholesalers, distributors, and restaurant chains.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales of beef, seafood, poultry, and other fresh meat products.
• Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with clients to maximize profitability.
• Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to enhance brand awareness.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3 years of sales experience in the seafood, beef, or fresh meat industry, preferably in the food service sector.
• Strong knowledge of food distribution channels, wholesale markets, and restaurant supply chains.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with distributors, processors, and large-scale food buyers.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Pay: $79,438.00 - $88,318.00 per year
