Position Responsibilities :
In this position, you'll be an active CST for ORA on our Pain Management team. You'll function as the primary CST in all of our Pain Management procedures, working under the direct supervision of the Pain Management providers. ORA holds all of our staff members accountable for providing high level care, maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with all HIPAA rules and regulations. As a member of our Pain Management team, you're actively involved in pain procedure cases that make a significant difference in the lives of our patients.
Requirements :
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent as well as the successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program. A Surgical Technician Certification is required, along with the ability to stand, walk, sit, squat, and pull, push and lift over 50 pounds. This position does require previous experience in the field. A successful candidate will display excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills as well as the ability to effectively communicate and interact with patients and their families. This candidate must have the ability to travel to both Iowa and Illinois procedure locations.
