Position Responsibilities:
In this position, you'll be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day activities and functions of the Physical Therapy Patient Registration and Scheduling departments. You'll continuously implement new processes and policies to ensure optimal patient service as well as manage new hire training and onboarding. This position will be responsible for addressing patient care and employee concerns as necessary and act as a liaison between physicians, management, clinicians, and registration and scheduling staff. Additionally, you'll need to have the ability to function as a working supervisor, stepping into the registration and scheduling staff roles as needs arise. ORA holds all of our staff members accountable for providing high level care, maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with all HIPAA rules and regulations. As a leader in our Physical Therapy division, you'll be a part of a robust and talented team who work hard to keep our Therapy departments running smoothly.
Requirements:
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. The successful candidate must have an understanding of the full scope of functionalities and duties for both the Physical Therapy Registration and Scheduling departments, as well as demonstrated customer service principles and techniques. This candidate must have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, a proven ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization, and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively and accurately. This position is required to travel across our clinic locations as needed.

The pay range displayed for this position represents the pay range for all positions that are classified in this job grade. Individual pay will depend on a wide range of factors such as candidate skills, experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and alignment with company benchmarks.
