Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Representative , you will be responsible for driving growth and developing key client relationships in your assigned territory. Your success will be measured by your ability to identify, engage, and convert new customers , as well as nurture long-term partnerships.
Business Expansion – Identify and pursue new sales opportunities , including converting competitor accounts.
Market Strategy – Develop and execute a territory-specific sales plan tailored to local market dynamics.
Client Engagement – Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings .
Performance Monitoring – Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and market insights .
Collaboration – Work alongside internal teams to refine strategies and optimize sales processes.
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of sales experience , preferably in B2B distribution, manufacturing, or related industries
- A proven track record of securing new business and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the South-East market and its competitive landscape
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently , managing a territory with autonomy
- Experience using CRM tools and sales performance software
- 80% travel required , including overnight stays
Competitive Compensation & Growth Potential
Base salary : $51,000 - $52,800
