Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify new sales opportunities within the North-West Territory.
- Proactively engage with potential clients, including those currently aligned with competitors.
- Deliver compelling pitches and presentations highlighting RTX Wheels’ value proposition.
- Develop and maintain a strategic territory plan to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
- Partner with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Qualifications
Covering states : WA, OR, MT, WY, ND, SD & NE
Yearly basic salary : 60 000$ - 65 000$
Bonuses & commissions :
1. New Customer :

3. Growth of Active Customer (Year-over-Year Revenue Increase) :
4. Loyalty Bonus :
5. Yearly limitations of 100% on bonuses & commissions based of annual salary
