Position Overview

The North-West Territory Sales Development Representative will play a pivotal role in expanding RTX’s presence in a diverse and evolving market. The ideal candidate is a driven sales professional who excels in identifying and converting high-potential prospects, particularly from competing brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new sales opportunities within the North-West Territory.
  • Proactively engage with potential clients, including those currently aligned with competitors.
  • Deliver compelling pitches and presentations highlighting RTX Wheels’ value proposition.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic territory plan to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
  • Partner with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in the automotive sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing new business and closing high-value deals.
  • Familiarity with the North-West market’s geography and key players.
  • Strong networking, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory, spending over 80% of time on the road, including overnight stays.
  • The company’s headquarters is located in Canada, and the representative will report to a U.S.-based manager who reports directly to the Canadian headquarters.
  • The representative will be based in Washington.
  • Covering states : WA, OR, MT, WY, ND, SD & NE

  • This position offers a base salary with significant commissions based on new business generated.
  • Yearly basic salary : 60 000$ - 65 000$

    Bonuses & commissions :

    1. New Customer :

  • Commission of 3.5% on the first order
  • Valid for up to 90 days from account creation
  • 1.5% commission on all orders for the first 12 months
  • 2. New National Account Opened : (differs from point #1)

  • 2.5% commission on the first order
  • Valid for up to 90 days from account creation
  • 1.5% commission on total revenue generated during the first 6 months
  • 3. Growth of Active Customer (Year-over-Year Revenue Increase) :

  • 1.5% commission for 15% to 35% growth
  • 3% commission for 35% to 50% growth
  • 4% commission for growth exceeding 50%
  • 4. Loyalty Bonus :

  • If 80% or more of the clients in the assigned territory maintain or increase their purchases compared to the previous year, an additional 2% bonus is added to the total commissions earned.
  • Only clients with purchases of $5,000 or more in the previous year are considered for this calculation).
  • 5. Yearly limitations of 100% on bonuses & commissions based of annual salary

  • Subject to annual evaluation & revision
