Your Role & Impact
As a Regional Sales Representative , you will be at the forefront of expanding market presence, securing new clients , and developing long-term business relationships . Your expertise in prospecting, negotiation, and deal-making will be key to success in this territory.
Drive Growth – Identify and convert potential clients, including those currently working with competitors.
Strategize for Success – Develop and execute a territory-specific sales plan to maximize outreach.
Be the Face of the Brand – Conduct on-site visits, client meetings, and product presentations .
Collaborate & Innovate – Work closely with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.
Stay Ahead of the Game – Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine your approach.
What You Bring to the Table
10 years in sales, ideally in B2B distribution, manufacturing, or related industries
A track record of exceeding sales targets and securing new business
Expertise in relationship-building and high-value negotiations
Strong knowledge of the North-East U.S. market and its competitive landscape
Ability to work autonomously , managing a territory independently
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking
80% travel required , including overnight stays
Your Earning Potential
Base salary : $61,000 - $62,900
Uncapped commissions & performance bonuses :
New Business Development :
- 3.5% commission on the first order ( valid for 90 days )
- 1.5% commission on all orders within the first 12 months
National Account Acquisition :
Growing Existing Clients (Year-over-Year Revenue Increase) :
Loyalty Bonus :
Commission cap : 100% of base salary, subject to annual review
