Job Title - Hadoop Adm / Engineer
Locations - Pittsburgh PA, Dallas, TX
Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing the health of a Linux based security system
- Being the lead infrastructure specialist
- Understanding servers, networks, how the consumers interact from a user perspective
Must Have Technical Skills:
- Infrastructure engineer
- Linux/Unix
- Server and Networking Fundamentals
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
- Tokenization (newer and niche skill set, so having this is definitely a plus but understandable if candidate does not possess)
- Protegrity tokenization experience
- Big Data systems, such as Hadoop/Cloudera/Teradata
Soft Skills:
- Communication between systems
- Verbal and written communication
- Collaboration
- Being able to work with other groups and teams
