Title: Salesforce Automation Consultant
Location: Hybrid (3 days on site) - Dallas, TX
Duration: 9 months
Description:
- Assess and identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in current workflows. Create detailed maps of existing processes and recommend improvements.
- Integrate automation tools into existing systems and software to streamline processes.
- Develop and implement customized workflows that align with organizational goals and needs.
- Monitor ongoing automation performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement systems to manage automated process data and create reports to track outcomes and performance.
- Streamlining and automating business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Supporting system architecture, vendor management, and quality assurance.
- Creating custom training programs to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Developing dynamic, AI-driven learning content and immersive training experiences.
- Structuring resources and processes for operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automation, process analysis, and workflow design.
- Strong knowledge of integration tools and platforms.
- Expertise in analyzing data, creating reports, and managing automated systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with technical project management and system architecture is a plus.
