Job Description
As a Manager Application Leader you will manage application groups within client site ensuring business standards and service levels are met. You will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, planning, evaluation, design, development, and implementation of applications across client that incorporate the site’s mission and vision. As a member of this team, you will drive the completion of annual financial planning, operational, and capital budgeting, support maintenance and configuration of applications to ensure applications meet client’s objectives. You will also be responsible for contributing to the development of the overall solution roadmap, oversee the delivery of services to clients and ensure the client’s business standards are achieved as well as identify cross-functional impacts and areas of potential risk management. In addition, you will analyze data, identify business gaps, and direct resolutions.
Your People Management responsibilities will include managing routine associate situations, directing the work efforts and results of a team of associates and developing team goals and managing them for results. You will also be responsible for developing associates through coaching performance, completing performance reviews, goal setting and development planning in addition to promoting diversity and creating a respectful work environment.
Work with a world class team to develop, implement, and support cutting edge Oracle technology.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 7 years of application support maintenance and configuration work experience
Preferred Qualifications
At least 2 years Health care information (HCIT) consulting and/or support work experience
At least 2 years Health care information (HCIT) solution strategy or consulting work experience
At least 2 years of people management experience
At least 2 years experience in a hospital environment
Expectations
Must reside in the Kansas City area
Perform Other Responsibilities As Assigned
Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Manages a team maintaining and/or implementing software project(s) and/or internal systems. Defines, documents and manages scope, expectations, implementation approach, deliverables and acceptance testing criteria.
