We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the implementation of Oracle Fusion Help Desk across Oracle's Global Finance Organization. This person will organize phases of the initiative from inception to completion, ensuring that each phase aligns with organizational goals. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including global finance teams, Oracle Application Labs or development teams, and regional stakeholders, to coordinate resources, develop and maintain detailed project plans, and facilitate effective communication across all parties involved. They will also play a critical role in change management, helping to ensure a smooth transition to the new system by facilitating the development of training programs and support materials to enhance adoption. Additionally, this role will oversee risk management, proactively identifying and addressing potential obstacles to keep the project on track. This is a high-impact position with the opportunity to streamline global finance operations and improve the overall user experience for our support services.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of Fusion Help Desk for the Global Finance Organization in phases
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, OAL, and support teams to ensure resources, schedules, and project activities are well-managed.
- Monitor and manage project scope, quality, and risks to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Facilitate effective change management processes to support adoption and successful integration of the Fusion Help Desk system.
- Manage the development of training, documentation, and support materials to ensure users are fully equipped to utilize the new system.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, escalating issues as necessary to maintain project momentum.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and integrating best practices into future projects.
