A Business Development Representative partners with Sales, Consulting, Product Development, Corporate Development, Product Marketing, and other internal partners for the product's sales strategy. Focuses on the industry point of view to generate business opportunities via prospecting through mass market programs and leveraging third party partners. Develops and coordinates a worldwide relationship with customers that establishes Oracle as a preferred vendor and optimizes Oracle's sales of product. Executes aggressive strategies and plans to successfully drive the product/service as the preferred customer selection. Provides Sales teams with information on how products and solutions address specific customers’ needs. Contributes in articulating the product message to sales teams, coordinating with technical resources, to maximize Oracle’s opportunity to influence our customers* technology decisions.

Responsibilities:
Proven execution of effective leadership and established authority within the industry. Established track record in managing multiple opportunities, building scale programs, and ability to negotiate and close complex deals. Ability to create strategic and tactical execution plans that deliver tangible results with little to no supervision. 15 years of progressively increased responsibilities in sales or sales management. Marketing and business development experience preferred; direct sales experience is highly desired. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required. Ability to Travel as needed. Bachelors or equivalent required, advanced degree preferred.
