As a member of the Technology Procurement team, candidate should possess knowledge of a variety of technical commodities as well as experience with Professional Services that are associated to the technology sector. The preferred candidate will have experience or knowledge specific to the following categories: Client hardware, Software, Software as a Service, Networking or Security hardware, and any support services that are associated to these product sets.
In addition, candidate should have experience with negotiating and executing contracts and agreements with Suppliers and other 3rd parties in order to furnish the commodities identified previously.
Knowledge of and experience with Sourcing events (RFI, RFQ, RFP) is required as well.

US: Hiring Range: from $70,300 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
- Draft, negotiate, and review contracts and supplier agreements
- Review M & A agreements, assess disposition and potential break fees
- Create and manage complex sourcing events for various products and services
- Analyze spending trends and recommend cost savings opportunities
- Manage and cultivate relationships with suppliers as well as internal stakeholders
- Facilitate and manage Supplier Business Reviews as well as create and maintain supplier scorecards
- Interface with lines of business to understand unique requirements and opportunities to better tailor current processes to end users’ needs
- Review and approve purchase requisitions that have been created by internal sources
- Manage and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years of relevant technology procurement experience; ideally specific experience purchasing software
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of and experience with Sourcing events (RFI, RFQ, RFP)
- Knowledge of a variety of technical commodities as well as experience with Services that are associated to the technology sector; Client hardware, Software, Software as a Service, Networking or Security hardware, and any support services that are associated to these product sets.
- Procurement contracts experience; Experience with negotiating and executing contracts and agreements with the Suppliers and 3rd parties
- Analytical skills; ability to translate key insights and provide recommendations to high level leadership
- Excel: Intermediate skills
- Organized, detail-oriented and refined time management skills
- Experience presenting to high level leadership
