This individual will work closely with our pre-sales team and license teams to provide compelling large scale implementation, innovative solutions, and managed services to key customers. This team player is willing to do what it takes to create the solution, achieve customer trust, and win large deals driving new business in innovative ways.

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $117,700 to $218,500 per annum.
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,600 to $207,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50 - 60/40.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Business or equivalent
- 10 years of BSS and/or OSS sales services experience
- Experience leading large services deals within complex customer organizations
- Previous large consulting firm experience is a plus
- Experience working in highly complex organizations with the ability to lead cross functional teams
- Capture, shape, and synthesize information to reflect a cohesive message, written in one voice
- Demonstrate a finely-tuned ability to sift through a discussion, extracting the most significant information and translate it into sales opportunities
- Candidate must possess impeccable communications skills (verbal and written)
- Team oriented player with a willingness to help others
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships at the executive level. Proficient in using selling and negotiation techniques and tools
- Prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
