The Contracts Administrator job is comprised of either a Deal Specialist or a Deal Manager role. Both work in a multi-cultural environment and cover multiple countries and/or lines of business. The work is fast-paced and seasonal in nature, corresponding with Oracle’s quarterly and annual fiscal cycles. capable of handling complex transactions and project managing revenue opportunities to successful conclusion by engaging with the appropriate internal teams to advance opportunities using sound business practices in accordance with Oracle policy

US: Hiring Range in USD from $26.44 to $54.13 per hour; from: $55,000 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Responsibilities:

The Customer Deal Desk leads and manages the contracting process end-to-end for strategic, complex transactions that meet regional criteria requiring CDD involvement. The Customer Deal Desk Team is responsible for supporting the LAD sales teams from Enablement, Quoting, Approvals, contracting through to Booking and Provisioning as part of the Quote to Cash process. The CDD Specialist will report to the Manager, Customer Deal Desk and will be responsible for providing high quality, responsive support to Oracle’s LAD Sales teams.

The CDD Specialist sets the overall direction for your assigned managed deal(s) and is responsible for the successful execution of the contracting process, ensuring consistency and adherence with Oracle strategy, commitments and goals as well as compliance with Oracle policies and procedures.

The CDD Specialist facilitates and co-coordinates discussions among Sales and multiple Oracle functional stakeholders (e.g., Collections, RevRec, Finance, Legal, OFD, Business Practices, Migrations, Order Management, etc.) to reach agreement on contracting terms, solve complex contracting and quoting scenarios, and meet the specific needs of their assigned FBE (Facilitated Buying Experience) deal(s).

 

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in contracts, purchasing, or equivalent.
• BA/BS Degree
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience drafting standard contractual documents.
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Able to work efficiently under critical deadlines.
• Demonstrates resilience in times of change and uncertainty.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Oracle Policies and procedures desired.
