As a Senior Advanced Support Engineer, you are expected to be an senior member of the service team and be able to solve complex (often previously unknown), critical customer issues. Performing the assigned duties with a high level of autonomy and reporting to management on customer status and technical matters on a regular basis, you will be expected to work with limited guidance from management. Further, the Senior Advanced Support Engineer is expected to be a point of contact for customers and lead Oracle employees when in need of technical advice.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Collaborating with customer and Oracle teams on planning technical activities.
* Managing Oracle Database, RAC, Dataguard and other Oracle technologies including Cloud.
* Documenting RCA reports when issues occur.
* Lead technical activities with customer and Oracle teams.
You will work closely with customers and Oracle, technical and management teams, to ensure that our engineering efforts are aligned. This position requires an excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical non-technical teams.
* Technical writing experience.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Must have working experience with Oracle Database Technologies.
* English and Spanish fluency is required.
