Oracle Engineering hires over 2,000 Early In Career employees globally each year. You will be responsible for leading the development of new programs that enhance the onboarding process and first-year development for early-career talent. This role involves leading a globally dispersed team of Program Managers and providing day-to-day coaching, while also leading by example through direct engagement with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading Early Career talent development programs with measurable outcomes. You must be data-driven, detail-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and driving them to successful outcomes in ambiguous environments is essential.

- Ensure seamless end-to-end experiences across the EIC candidate lifecycle, including but not limited to onboarding, technical and leadership training, and community building.
- Serve as the primary liaison between University Recruitment, HR, and the Business teams, leading through influence and coordinating EIC initiatives globally.
- Periodically report to the Engineering HR Leadership Team on program health, goal tracking, and updates. This includes running executive meetings and providing hiring team updates.
- Lead a strong, globally dispersed EIC Programs team, enabling the scale and adoption of EIC talent across geographies.
- Hold the EIC team accountable for results, managing performance through 1:1s, check-ins, performance assessments, and annual reviews. Foster an inclusive, engaging, and motivating work environment.
- Develop change management strategies for program implementation, including identifying key stakeholders, approaches, and communication plans.
- Lead the execution of EIC programs with precision and rigor. Develop new methods and tools to ensure consistent realization of program goals.
- Ensure high data hygiene across the EIC program portfolio. Oversee timely and high-quality reporting to drive business decisions.
- Partner with other early career programs to align strategies, share best practices, and drive global success in early career initiatives.
- 10 years of experience as part of a progressive HR team at a high-tech company.
- Self-directed HR and/or Talent Acquisition leader with prior experience in an Engineering environment.
- Experience managing Early Career talent programs or similar talent development programs.
- Expertise in EIC processes and program management.
- Strong systems thinking, coupled with excellent program and project management skills, with the ability to scale programs globally.
- Proven execution excellence, attention to detail, and follow-through. Ability to drive multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Success in collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieve consensus and results, building trust and credibility with HR and business teams.
- Strong team player with exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working effectively with geographically distributed teams.
- Ability to engage with all levels of the organization and lead presentations to executive leadership.
