Responsibilities: 

  • Implement a comprehensive CRM strategy supporting global Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams
  • Own and manage the overall NetSuite on NetSuite platform and solution delivery
  • Define a technology architecture to support company goals and build scalable platform solutions
  • Ensure successful delivery of new capabilities and solutions that simplify processes, increase user productivity, and enhance user experience
  • Collaborate with development and design teams to deliver high-quality features and products on time, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and customer requirements
  • Serve as the voice of the business, capturing and analyzing feedback from users, developers, and partners to advise product decisions
  • Act as a key liaison between Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Professional Services teams, ensuring alignment across all functions
  • Work closely with Marketing teams to define go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with Development teams to balance technical feasibility with business priorities, ensuring efficient resource allocation
  • Regularly present product updates, strategies, and results to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
