You possess a strong understanding of the Retail landscape through the lenses of Product Strategy and Management background, work backwards from the customer experience and have experience launching multiple customer-facing products. Responsibilities

Represent the Products, Customers and retail industry as a Senior Product Strategy Director.
Direct the development teams on long term and strategic roadmaps.
Position solutions to customers to drive value to their business.
Drive Merchandising, Planning and Supply Chain innovations through AI embedded solutions.
Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Retail Products.
Engage with stakeholders to gather insights, ensuring the products address market needs and improve customer experiences.
Drive new product development and enhancements to existing solutions, utilizing innovative approaches to meet market demands.
Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to manage product releases and successful deployment to clients.
Leverage market research, analytics, and feedback to inform product direction.
Serve as a product ambassador, sharing the product vision and strategy through presentations and conferences.
Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and fostering a culture of innovation.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree

10 years of experience as hands-on product manager for customer-facing products.

Experience launching and operating customer-facing cloud services.

Experience training sales / field engineers on service / platform features.

Experience in delivering AI focused features embedded in solutions.

Preferred Qualifications :

15 years of product management, product design or related experience.

BS degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience (MS Preferred).

Thorough understanding of retail across all verticals.

Experience at a Retailer in Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain and / or Analytics.

Accountabilities :

Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new and innovative products, services, and processes.

Research and understand the market makeup, needs and competitive landscape.

Justify investment of resources in business case to translate market requirements into financial projections.

Evangelize the portfolio and enable both internal and external teams on how best to approach the solution set.

Launch new products, features, capabilities and solutions into the market.

Own portfolio definition related to cloud and Supply Chain strategy from vision to detailed product requirements.

Build and nurture long term customer trust, loyalty and satisfaction.

Lead and influence product team on the right product features, focusing on next-generation planning concepts.

Evaluate and deliver pricing strategies & pricing models for SaaS cloud services.

Run effective beta programs and collect continuous customer feedback.

Collaborate with product marketing on release, market positioning, and GTM training.

Present solution strategy to internal audiences, customers, partners, media and analysts.

Work collaboratively to deliver a connected retail solution to the market.

Qualifications :

10 years of experience as a Merchant, Supply Chain leader or in Product Management.

Must have Allocation, Forecasting or Replenishment experience within a retailer.

Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical products into intuitive concepts.

Ability to work in a non-routine and complex environment.

Comfortable leading a team of domain experts in a highly matrixed organization.
