OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) Cost of Cloud is currently hiring a Director of Technical Program Management (TPM) to join our fast-growing team. This Director will leverage their advanced analytical skillset and technical aptitude to create net new metrics, models, and engines. They will design, coordinate, and complete technical strategies that have huge impact as we move from the crawl to run phase in Cost of Cloud. They will provide thought leadership as their TPMs investigate new opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive end-to-end execution of complex data-driven projects. Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to) :
- Data Thought Leader : The need to control costs becomes increasingly important as OCI grows. At the same time, identifying opportunities for cost savings and reducing inefficiencies also becomes more complex. You will lead our transition to a metrics-driven Cost of Cloud program that continuously identifies service level waste.
- Operations : You will drive the rhythm of the business, including reviews, leadership meetings, and strategy sessions while thinking holistically and strategically about key business processes, organizational effectiveness and efficiency, employee engagement, and organizational communications.
- Strategic Initiatives : You will create, implement, and track strategic plans, developing KPIs and success metrics where required.
- Process Improvement : You will identify, drive, and track progress of process and tooling improvement initiatives.
- Team Builder : You will mentor and grow a team of strong TPMs and align their ownership areas as best suited to the broader organization.
- Force Multiplier : Success is dependent on cross-functional and cross-organization relationships; good relationships start with empathy and trust. You will identify stakeholder relationships to build and effectively partner with to facilitate the success of your role and the organization’s mission.
- Culture and People : You will work closely with HR and the leadership team to identify, analyze, develop, and execute strategies to improve team health and morale as indicated by employee feedback, from personal observation, or other employee listening systems.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.
US : Hiring Range in USD from : $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
