Gen AI and Agents are transforming the way we work and interact with the enterprise software applications systems. As the AI Product Manager for Oracle Cloud HCM, you will be at the forefront of defining, building, and evolving intelligent Gen AI/AI Agent capabilities within our HCM product portfolio. You will collaborate across product, engineering, UX, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver AI-driven solutions that automate tasks, enhance user experiences, and create smarter workflows for our enterprise customers.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in enterprise software, cloud technologies, or AI-focused solutions.
Technical Expertise
- Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and conversational agents/chatbots.
- Familiarity with cloud architectures, SaaS delivery models, and enterprise software development life cycles.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira).
Customer-Centric Mindset
- Keen ability to transform customer pain points and opportunities into clear product requirements and actionable items.
- Experience collaborating with customers or end users to refine product features and drive adoption.
Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $74,700 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Product Requirements Definition & Execution
- Develop, prioritize, and maintain a product roadmap for AI Agents.
- Translate customer needs and market insights into detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases.
- Work with engineering, data science, and UX teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables that meet product goals.
- Oversee project execution, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep initiatives on track.
Customer & User Engagement
- Work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to gather feedback and insights on AI Agent performance, user adoption, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to monitor engagement metrics, prioritize feature improvements, and facilitate solution adoption strategies.
- Evangelize AI Agent capabilities internally and externally, showcasing business value and fostering a culture of innovation
