Integrations Architect and Technical Leader

As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

Engineer will be an architect and technical leader for OCI Integrations and on premise Integrations and FMW projects. This leader will provide proactive guidance for customer operation, architecture, define actions plans, manage technical communication with CEO. Strong technical knowledge is required for on premise and cloud systems. 

Qualification

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent work experience

·  Oracle certifications

·  Candidate should have minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with production database administration

Skills Requirement

· Development languagues experience: Java, phyton, XSLT, XQUERY, SOA Suite, etc.

· Oracle Integration Cloud Service, Oracle Cloud Data Integration

· Oracle API Gateway

· ODI  11g y 12c

· MFT 11g y 12c

· Oracle SOA Suite 11g y 12c, OSB  11g y 12c, OTD  11g y 12c, BAM 11g y 12c.

· Knowledge in CI/CD tools (Jenkis, etc) would be a plus

·  Engineer systems experience: Exalogic, PCA.

·  Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect OCA or OCP 

·  MAA for FMW

·  Oracle Weblogic Server Administration versions 11g, 12c and 14g.

·  Oracle installation, patch and upgrade within production environments.

·  Candidates must be highly motivated, must have initiative,  team-oriented, and able to meet the aggressive schedules required in a fast moving environment

·  Documentation skills for Incident, Change and Problem management required.

· Advanced knowledge of MOS portal for SR managing and reports would be considered a plus.

Responsibilities:

As an Advisory Systems Engineer, you are expected to be an expert member of the problem-solving/avoidance team and be highly skilled in solving extremely complex (often previously unknown), critical customer issues. Performing the assigned duties with a high level of autonomy and reporting to management on customer status and technical matters on a regular basis, you will be expected to work with very limited guidance from management. Further, the Advisory Systems Engineer is sought by customers and Oracle employees to provide expert technical advice.
