Develop, implement, and evaluate training and education programs for the client to promote growth, development, and adoption. You leverage your experience to consult with and coordinate between Oracle Health and client project leaders to identify capability gaps impacting current and future business strategies; develop appropriate learning curriculum to meet business needs including process design and solution adoption best practices to address gaps in motivation and ability, and conduct training and classroom-based coaching onsite and in virtual environments that build motivation and ability. You also prepare lesson plans including methods, materials, and documentation to be presented; revise, modify and develop course content to address current solution features, functions and workflow to address client needs; and evaluate learning solution effectiveness using best practice methodologies aligned with performance and business outcomes.

US: Hiring Range: from $24.57 to $48.08 per hour; from $51,100 to $100,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Responsibilities:
Work requires onsite presence Monday thru Friday to provide in-person training and support to the client’s clinical staff. Daily works involves problem solving to support clinical workflows within the electronic medical record to aid clinicians in documentation efficiency. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, Health Care Administration; or related field; or equivalent, relevant work experience. One or more years of health care information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT learning facilitation, HCIT support, or relevant solution end-user work experience preferred. Clinical background and Oracle Health solution experience beneficial.
