Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include : Advise and enable our customers on optimum approaches to complex challengesApply knowledge and experience based on leading practices and industry trendsIdentify customer’s value gaps leveraging our proprietary SuiteReview methodologyDrive the approach to remediate gapsArchitect solutions for complex business requirements, including technical componentsPerform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team membersIncrease product knowledge and pursue relevant certificationsFollow essential internal business processes aligned toward delighting our CustomersDrive subscription renewals for continued annual recurring revenueEffectively translate strategic direction from upper management into actionable plans and executionLead collaboration with global Industry / Vertical teams, Shared Services, Customer Success, Client Management, Product, Engineering, Account ManagementPreferred Qualifications include : 10 years of relevant domain experience in Supply Chain verticals : Wholesale Distribution; Manufacturing; Retail; Health and Beauty; Food and Beverage; Restaurant and Hospitality; and / or Campus StoresProficiency in Cost Accounting, Inventory Management, Ecommerce, Warehouse & Fulfillment, POSCapable of supporting customers omnichannel strategy (EDI, in store, online, etc)NetSuite Order Management, Purchasing / Receiving, WMS, MRP, Supply Allocations, Supply Planning, Inter-Company experience strongly recommended.Experience with defining requirements for complex customizations and / or integrationsStrong communication skills with sustained C-suite interactionsGeneral ResponsibilitiesAnalyzes business needs to help ensure solutions meet customer objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. As a position of technical / professional influence, this individual frequently operates at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies enhancements to Oracle products to meet very complex customer needs. Exercises creativity and independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to deliver functional and technical expertise on a wide range of business and technology solutions. Leads experienced consulting teams on challenging projects; works on significant and unique issues. As a thought leader and trusted advisor, effectively influences difficult decisions at the leadership-level of customer organizations. Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolves very complex customer escalations. Drives customer process direction and decisions by providing domain leadership within relevant industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions. Creates new solution sets based on assessment of industry needs, market demands and knowledge of competitive product offerings.10 years of experience relevant to this position including 5 years of consulting experience. Management or team leadership experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to industry / vertical focus. Ability to lead global, diverse, remote teams. Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
