The Role:
Consulting Solutions Principal
We are growing and want YOU to be a part of this dynamic, fun team! The AMO Solution Services (AMOSS) team is responsible for assisting the AMO Sales Organization (Existing Customers) to maximize Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and maximize our customer’s use of NetSuite by developing solutions for their post go live needs. Our Team Members provide implementation, product and industry thought leadership during the sales cycle. We do this by listening to the needs of our customers, building a robust solution and presenting the Customer how best to implement that solution. This includes scoping, estimating, documenting, and communicating the Customer’s solution and implementation strategy.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills include:
- 5 OR MORE years of relevant professional experience.
- 5 OR MORE years of consulting or experience preferred
- Experience implementing, administering, optimizing or using NetSuite ERP or competing ERP offerings.
- Experience with Financial Services / Banking software application solutions
- Experience preparing and presenting solution value propositions
- Experience creating Statements of Work and cost estimates
- Strong negotiation, customer relationship and consulting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience successfully delivering presentations via web conferencing

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

- Partner with a team of sales representatives and Solutions Consultants in the specific Vertical to validate in and out of scope requirements and assist with solutioning as necessary
- Collaborate with Practice Vertical Leads, Practice Directors and Practice Managers to determine best approach to Professional Service offerings based on prospect and scope
- Manage and prioritize Professional Services engagement opportunities
- Create Statements of Work and develop cost estimates for Professional Services efforts
- Manage and prioritize requests from both Direct and Account Management teams
- Maintain Professional Services Engagement Record updates within our internal sales force automation system to manage and prioritize Professional Services sales opportunities
- Develop, deliver and sell high-impact Professional Services Value Proposition
- Participate in pricing and Statement of Work presentations to prospective customers to present and discuss contents of a SOW
- Provide explanations to prospects for questions regarding SOWs and Oracle NetSuite offerings
- Negotiate with prospects regarding inclusions/exclusions in the scope of the SOW and update pricing accordingly
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of numerous factors
- Demonstrates experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions, either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiative
- Knowledge transfer to the Professional Services implementation team
- Ability to acquire and maintain an understanding of Oracle NetSuite ERP and and Financial Services/Banking industry solutions
- Assisting clients with mapping their budget & priorities to the scope and deployment strategy
