What are the responsibilities and job description for the NetSuite Event Intern position at Oracle?
The NetSuite Event Intern will work on a variety of projects that will familiarize them with operations of a global event calendar. The primary focus will be supporting the NetSuite global events team with the planning of their global event portfolio. Some of the responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
·Assist planning teams in various roles
·Provide SuiteWorld operations support
·Support with venue research for our regional events hosted at hotels and restaurants
·Keep internal documents and presentations up to date including program overview, R&Rs, workstreams
·Help create decks for reporting out of key information
·Manage SuiteWorld shared mailbox
