Job Description
Deliver educational materials in person and virtually for federal projects, providing additional training support to participants as needed and promptly addressing questions and concerns
Collect feedback from training participants and share with project leadership and content owners to improve materials and delivery methods
Provide one-on-one end-user support at federal client sites to perform high-level solution tasks
Identify and surface process, workflow and technical concerns to appropriate project team members or content owners
Facilitate bi-directional feedback between the project team and end users to improve efficiency of communication and issue resolution
Present observations and feedback to appropriate stakeholders on system adoption and utilization
Partner with federal clients to drive behavior change in order to increase adoption, efficiency and satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Use in-depth knowledge of content area and facilitation best practices to deliver educational materials in person and virtually for federal client projects, proactively providing additional training support to participants and addressing routine questions independently
- Solicit feedback from training participants and share with project leadership and content owners to improve the effectiveness of materials and facilitation methods and drive increased adoption
- Provide one-on-one end-user support at federal client sites to perform a wide breadth of high-level Oracle Cerner solution tasks
- Triage and propose solutions to process, workflow and technical concerns, engaging the appropriate project team members or content owners as needed for resolution
- Identify and assess opportunities to improve the feedback loop between end users and the project team
People Management Responsibilities (for associates with one or more direct reports):
- Seek to understand disagreements, ensure all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution.
- Delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks. Identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed.
- Lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team. Create a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create accountability and recognize accomplishments.
- Provide timely feedback to encourage success, ensure accountability and connect opportunities for your associates' development.
- Identify the right talent to achieve the desired results. Promote and build a diverse and cohesive team to accomplish objectives and align associates' skills to fill gaps.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 4 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education
- High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Expectations
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Willing to travel up to 100% as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
California Pay Range: from $19.52 to $36.97 per hour; from $40,600 to $76,900 per annum.
Colorado Pay Range: from $18.46 to $33.27 per hour; from $38,400 to $69,200 per annum.
New York City Pay Range: from $18.46 to $35.10 per hour; from $38,400 to $73,000 per annum.
Washington Pay Range: from $20.63 to $35.10 per hour; from $42,900 to $73,000 per annum.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
