US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in performance engineering, with a focus on storage systems.
- Strong background in storage systems, performance benchmarking, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as FIO, DiskSpd, SysBench etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write efficient, well-structured code for performance-critical applications.
- Strong programming experience (5 years) with a focus on Python, Go, C/C or Java.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud storage services such as OCI, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
