As a Senior Software Engineer in the NetSuite AI team, you will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge generative AI agents. - Proficiency or experience in applying AI and ML to solve business or operational challenges
- Over 3 years of hands-on generative AI Agent engineering experience
- Extensive experience in python, langchain, langflow, haystack or similar technologies.
- Proficiency in NOSQL databases and large data analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying technical and non-technical information effectively

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable generative AI agents that leverage NLP, machine learning, and deep learning to provide actionable insights, automate workflows, and solve complex business problems
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and production-ready code for distributed ML & AI systems, following best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
- Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to define requirements, establish design principles, and iterate on solutions. Champion engineering standards, participate in technical discussions, and mentor junior engineers.
- Build user-friendly tools and interfaces for internal teams and customers to interact with AI Agent systems
