Responsibilities:
- Implement a comprehensive CRM strategy supporting global Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams
- Own and manage the overall NetSuite on NetSuite platform and solution delivery
- Define a technology architecture to support company goals and build scalable platform solutions
- Ensure successful delivery of new capabilities and solutions that simplify processes, increase user productivity, and enhance user experience
- Collaborate with development and design teams to deliver high-quality features and products on time, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and customer requirements
- Serve as the voice of the business, capturing and analyzing feedback from users, developers, and partners to advise product decisions
- Act as a key liaison between Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Professional Services teams, ensuring alignment across all functions
- Work closely with Marketing teams to define go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with Development teams to balance technical feasibility with business priorities, ensuring efficient resource allocation
- Regularly present product updates, strategies, and results to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,200 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience). MBA or equivalent advanced degree is desirable.
- 10 years of experience working in SaaS companies with a focus on GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) operations
- Deep understanding of NetSuite
- Experience leading large-scale end-to-end platform implementations and systems consolidations in a fast-paced software business using agile/scrum methodologies
- 5 years at director level or above with a proven track record of building and leading successful technology teams
