Program Manager - Healthcare Interoperability

We are looking for someone that has experience with healthcare interoperability. Ideally past work history with an HIE or HIT vendor who serviced HIEs.

The Tiger Institute Data Quality Manager is responsible for developing and managing a program to measure, assess, and improve HIE Member data. The associate will work closely with new and existing Tiger Institute Members and their vendors to drive data quality improvement activities. Additionally, the associate will manage Tiger Institute’s obligations with the State of Missouri related to data quality improvement programming. The associate will align with Tiger Institute’s core technology services team and collaborate with engineering, business operations, and client management daily.

US: Hiring Range: from $30.29 to $60.63 per hour; from $63,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Responsibilities:

Assists in the creation of detailed program plans with timelines and key milestones; Identifies potential risks and blockers for execution.  Monitors and tracks progress against program plans ensuring we meet schedules, milestones, resources, and other key performance indicators (KPI).  Provides regular status updates to Program Managers leveraging data and analytics; Proactively escalates issues early or in a timely manner.  Assists in the development and implementation of standards for documentation to include standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, and other communication materials.  Identifies opportunities for process improvements and provides recommendations to Program team leadership.  Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.  Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary : $30 - $61
