Oracle Health Foundation is seeking a Specialist to assist with Oracle Health Foundation’s pediatric grants.
The Oracle Health Foundation believes that every child deserves access to essential healthcare, regardless of their circumstances. We are dedicated to creating a world where this belief becomes a reality. Our initiatives include providing global pediatric grants for medical treatment, travel for care, and necessary equipment. Additionally, we conduct health and wellness screenings in Kansas City elementary schools to identify potential health concerns early, before they become future problems.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our Pediatric Grants Program. This remote administrative role involves data management, reporting, and supporting daily program operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Pull, review, and analyze grant applications from the grant system to determine whether or not they meet eligibility and documentation requirements set by the foundation team.
- Use Excel for tracking, organizing, and reporting program data.
- Support routine program operations, including application processing and documentation.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution.
- Assist with scheduling, communications, and administrative tasks.
- Communicate with applicants via phone and email, answering questions about the grant application process and providing application status updates.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $24.62 to $48.03 per hour; from: $51,200 to $99,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
