The Senior Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) will be responsible for managing complex, cross-organizational programs that impact both product and business for OCI, specifically Oracle National Security Regions. In addition, this specific role requires a passion for solving high-impact problems, managing difficult to meet deliverables, and the ability to coordinate many teams to deliver on a common goal – improving our customer experience.
Our Senior Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) is required to define strategies for process improvements where toil is to be eliminated, process is to be improved, efficiencies are to be gained, project status is effectively communicated to the target audience and a hands-on approach to people, process, and delivery is used. This senior level role will be managing deliverables with visibility up to the SVP level of OCI.
Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project specifications, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
U.S. Citizenship required, TS/SCI w/Poly preferred.
- Responsible for meeting deliverable deadlines
- Define requirements scope, including estimations for deliverables such as requirements and conceptual design tasks and related documentation
- Create risk management plans and maintain risk register
- Host regularly scheduled status meeting with stakeholders
- Manage communication cross-department / cross-functional teams
- Prepare communication plans and strategies for stakeholder engagement
- Plan project deliverables; including hardware, resources, hours
- Manage projects from implementation to closure
- Drive critical cross-org programs within Compute organization
- Escalate as needed to drive intended results

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,700 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
