What You Will Do (Responsibilities):
- Responsible for driving sales effectiveness by supporting and developing clearly articulated communication and training plans, content/sales messaging, processes and tools to enable the overall sales productivity of the sales team in achieving Oracle's short term and long term revenue goals.
- Responsible for providing administrative support to Sales leadership, and liaison with teams, to include tracking requirements, assisting with strategic products, and managing leadership requests.
- Provide business support on our most strategic deals, including helping support and advise on customer needs, tracking and developing requirements for leadership, and planning and execution of leadership strategies for sales growth.
- Ensure products provided by teams help improve business insights into marketing spend performance, opportunity, velocity, etc.
- Monitor the development of business plans products, and adjust as needed for leadership review.
- Track and monitor sales activities and customer requirements.
- Design, develop and deploy tools and processes to help sales teams understand Oracle offerings and track sales effectiveness.
- Develop products and papers on Oracle’s differentiated strategy and offerings to customers.
- Align closely with Sales teams, gaining full support of programs and processes in achieving revenue goals, both long and short term.
- Solicit feedback from regional field marketers on how marketing programs are landing in the field.
- Serve as liaison with sales teams to continuously improve processes, tool, strategies to maintain and improve Oracle's competitive advantage in the market.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives.
