We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to join our Oracle Cloud Service Center Tooling Strategy team. This role is focused on designing new tools to enhance efficiency within our Service Center operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Center tool design and development and be adept at analyzing user work patterns to identify opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate with our design team to propose solutions and work closely with various development teams to deliver improved tooling.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, PagerDuty, Grafana, Incident Management, Communication, UX design tools, and Asset Management tools.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a plus.
- Experience in workflow automation is a plus.
- Experience in being part of Cloud Service Center is a plus.
- Experience in DevOps and MinTouch Operations is a plus plus.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to simplify complex user interfaces.
- Self-driven with a keen eye for simplicity and usability in UI design.
- Inquisitive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
