As a member of the Java Platform group, you will:
o Contribute to various areas of the platform, including the evolution of the Java Language and its specification, the Java Virtual Machine, Java libraries, and Java tools.
o Develop the most advanced and secure programming platform.
o Collaborate with a team focused on advancing core technologies within the Oracle Corporate Architecture organization, supporting the development of autonomous, secure, and intelligent Oracle Cloud solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related science/engineering field.
o Proficiency in Java and/or C, C .
o Experience or coursework in three or more of the following areas are mandatory:
o Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning / Natural Language Processing .
o GPU, ML and AI Frameworks (ONNX, Triton, CUDA, ...)
o Big Data / Data Structures / Algorithms
o Operating Systems Internals – Design and Implementation o Multithreaded/Multi-Core Programming
o Compiler Architecture and/or Program Translation
o Garbage Collection
o Algorithm Analysis
o Ability to thrive and grow in a fast-paced team environment.
o Strong design, implementation, and collaboration skills within a distributed engineering team.

Responsibilities:
As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. Define specifications for significant new projects and specify, design and develop software according to those specifications. You will perform professional software development tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.
