We are looking for a Senior Software Development Manager with expertise and passion in solving difficult problems in high availability services, operating systems and distributed systems.  As a manager of software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Lead the team to build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements to the architecture. You will be required to interact with other functional peer group managers in our organization. You will interact with senior management on team status and technical roadmap.

US: Hiring Range: from $84,700 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

• Leading a team of engineers, planning and reviewing their work, plus removing barriers and solving problems to help them be optimally productive and deliver work on time.
• Creating the software vision for OS Management Hub service.
• Developing highly-available service and service stacks in production environment.
• Providing architectural oversight for systems and services.
• Promoting, implementing, and educating about Agile software development.
• Cooperative experience with cross functional teams, and expertise in the clear communication of technical information to others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication.
• Developing engineering talent within the organization

Salary : $84,700 - $251,600
