We are seeking a Senior Software Development Manager who will lead an exceptionally talented team of Software Engineers and Senior Software Engineers to help elevate the Networking Software stack into the best and most secure one in the modern cloud environment by adding features and scale.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring high availability and maintaining a high operational posture of your service.
- Setting the roadmap for the service by negotiating requirements and deliverables with product management, various internal and external customers.
- Developing project development plans.
- Driving the team to deliver on availability and roadmap commitments.
- Provide leadership, direction and strategy for a team of senior engineers.
- Develop a prioritized roadmap of products, features and engineering asks.
- Drive the delivery of roadmap commitments on time with high quality.
- Work closely with a variety of stakeholders (other OCI teams, Oracle Corp teams, product management) to ensure cross-organizational dependencies are managed effectively.
- Provide regular updates to executive management.
- Own and deliver a near real-time Network Health Intelligence solution involving high volume network telemetry collection and big data processing to enable predictive analytics.

US : Hiring Range : from $84,700 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
