As a Group Manager in ERP Cloud Financials team you will work In partnership with the Product and Engineering teams, develop product & technical strategy and vision, and be accountable for setting and delivering on your team’s ambitious goals.
Leverage your technical and domain expertise and leadership skills to attract top engineering talent, and lead the team to deliver highly impactful solutions.
Ensure technical & operational excellence of the solutions your team builds to meet the commitments to our customers regarding reliability, availability, observability, and performance.
You should have deep understanding of Financials Applications Domain and integration with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management applications.
You should have experience in Oracle Application Development framework and Mircrosevice architecture. You should have experience in managing and delivering Enterprise Cloud applications, functional depth in core accounting treatments, and designing systems to process high volumes

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $107,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and suggest improvements to the architecture.
