The Team: 

The NetSuite Global Business Unit is part of Oracle’s Cloud Business Software Suite. The NetSuite application is one unified business management suite that encompasses Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and financials, Customer Resource Management (CRM), and e-commerce, making it easier for customers to focus on what they do best – running their business. The ERP team helps customers manage their planning and forecasting, purchasing and manufacturing, sales and billing, and all required financial accounting. 

We are organized into small (4-8 developers) teams, taking complete ownership of our piece of the global solution, giving you a chance to have a huge impact on the product’s functionality. US: Hiring Range: from $62,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do: 

We are seeking best-in-class engineers with the expertise and passion for solving challenging unique problems. You will use your knowledge and creativity to craft and build innovative new systems from the ground up. You will be writing code, completing programming projects, and performing testing and debugging of Oracle software. You will have the opportunity to work on groundbreaking technologies to tackle real-world problems in a collaborative, agile environment.

This is a rotational program that consists of a NetSuite specific onboarding period of time followed by two 6-month site specific locations (i.e. you will either be in Redwood Shores, CA or Austin, TX for the entirety of your program) culminating in a final team placement. This is a hybrid role requiring a certain number of days in the office, as determined by your team. You will receive exposure to different aspects of the product and/or code base. You will have 10 or so knowledge expansion sessions from security to tech writing to growth, any type of technical program position - either via Zoom or in person. You will also receive opportunities to network with leadership in addition to a mentor. 

What You’ll Bring (Objective Minimum Qualifications):

To be considered for a Software Engineer position in the NetSuite Global Business Unit, you must possess the Objective Minimum Qualifications (OMQs) below. Please ensure that your application clearly indicates that you meet these OMQs, either on your resume and/or by uploading additional documents such as a transcript. 

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent science/engineering field by June 2025 and can start on July 14^th.
• Are strongly proficient (i.e., able to complete coding projects with no assistance) in the following programming languages:   
  • Java, SQL, JavaScript
• Have completed coursework, projects, internships, and or research in three or more of the following:  
  • Algorithms
  • Database Design
  • Object-Oriented Programming/Design
  • Mobile/Web Development
  • Networking
• Have completed at least one internship, research assistantship, teaching assistantship, or equivalent practical experience working in the relevant technical areas noted above.
• Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US.
• Able to acquire work authorization in the US in 2025.

Preferred Qualification:

• Minimum 3.0 GPA
