You will be part of a team that focus on interfacing with the stakeholders of Oracle Internal Applications and manage their functional, performance, compliance, operational and migration requirements to successfully fold them into the ecosystem of Autonomous Database. This team also manages several programs for quality product development of Autonomous Databases - supporting all aspects from code line management, forward looking project delivery and production stability management for a modernized, automated converged database . This database is constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. We are unencumbered and will need your contribution to make it a world class engineering product with the focus on excellence.

What are we looking for ?
We are specifically looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with vast experience at getting things done at scale. Think working across lines of business and with cross functional teams across a large organization, moving folks towards a unified goal and north star. You drive results, not just facilitate. You possess high judgement and are a “roll your sleeve up” person with a bias for action. You possess strong ownership and a strong ability to collaborate. Within this role, you will be responsible for managing complex, cross-organizational/functional programs that impact both product and business.
You will partner with every team in the Database organization. The space is fun, large, cross cutting and complex. You will manage the development and implementation process for all aspects of project and release delivery, plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/resourcing. We work on true critical features promoting the uptake and upkeep of a high quality autonomous database.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $104,100 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
