Oracle Managed Cloud Services is seeking a Technical Engineer / System Administrator who will complement highly motivated, highly skilled individuals supporting Engineered Systems. US: Hiring Range in USD from $33.94 to $67.88 per hour; from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Responsibilities:
Preferred Qualifications:
- VMWare administration - Deep technical skills and hands-on experience with VMware technologies such as vSphere ESXi, vCenter, NSX-T, HCX, and vSAN.
- Hands-on experience with Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC).
- High Availability and Disaster Recovery using VMware technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Automation and Orchestration using v-Realize suite.
- Prior experience working on high volume mission critical systems. This is a 24x7 operation, hence needs ability to work shifts as required.
- Day-to-day Incident / Problem / Release / Escalations Management Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology field (masters preferred), or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of professional experience as VMWare Admin along with Windows or Linux System Administration.
- OCI certification is an advantage.
- Proven experience in managing enterprise systems.
- Experience with virtualization technology and cloud computing is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and meeting evolving requirements.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
