As a member of this fast-paced, leading-edge database/applications company, work with the team to plan, schedule and monitor the movement of materials through the production cycle to determine materials purchased. This includes, but is not limited to: delivering technology-related hardware assets, or acting as a liaison between customers and resolving groups.
 

Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is needed in resolving problems and making routine recommendations. Follows standard practices and procedures. Normally receives no instructions on routine work and general instruction on new assignments. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $19.71 to $42.88 per hour; from: $41,000 to $89,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Responsibilities:

As an Asset Specialist I you will support procurement and management of software or technology-related hardware assets. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and responding to internal or external inquiries and service requests as well as receive and process purchased or returned equipment or assets. You will track equipment inventory and deployed assets, execute processes for disposal of assets, and manage warranty and repair-related tasks. As a member of this team, you will perform data entry in software systems or tools and audit work to ensure accuracy and completeness while managing asset store, inventory and end-to-end product life cycle.

Salary : $20 - $43
