Beloit Health System is a leading health system in south central Wisconsin which strives to deliver the highest quality medical services in their community. As a Support Technician II at Beloit Health System, you will provide day-to-day technical support for end user hardware and software needs and project-based support onsite. You will be responsible for providing routine, technical support and maintenance for endpoints, printers, and network systems including hardware, applications, operating systems and connectivity. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues and document resolution and support as needed in addition to installing, configuring, and updating end-user desktop and laptop software with support as needed. You will also be responsible for prioritizing and escalating issues when appropriate, using knowledge transfer forums to identify and resolve problems as well as contribute to all phases of desktop support, including coordination, on-call rotation, monitoring, tracking, and resolution, related to client installations, upgrades, software, hardware, operating systems, and operating system configuration issues. US: Hiring Range in USD from $16.49 to $31.49 per hour; from: $34,300 to $65,500 per annum.

Responsibilities:

Prioritize and escalate reported issues and requests 

Replace workstations in the health system’s perpetual device refresh project 

Identify potential issues, formulate mitigation strategies and implement plans to prevent issues 

Image and/or reimage workstations using SCCM 

Collaborate with team members to resolve issues 

Actively contribute to assigned projects 

Participate in on-call rotation
