We are looking to hire a motivated, dependable, and organized individual to join our team at a busy and well-established oral surgery practice. Preference for candidates with previous dental office or oral surgery office experience.
Candidate must have an excellent work ethic, a positive attitude, good oral and written communications skills and be committed to providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for a team player with a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Answering phones
- Greeting and directing patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Coordinating appointment reminders and confirmations
- Collecting and inputting patient information / paperwork
- Insurance verification
- Providing stellar customer service

This is a full-time front office position. Only serious and reliable candidates only please.
Office hours are Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Friday 7:00 - 2:00 pm.
