Oral Arts is a full-service family owned and operated dental laboratory. We manufacture dental prostheses, such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, orthodontic appliances, etc. and have an immediate need for a full-time documentation clerk.
Position Summary
We are seeking a documentation clerk to support our record-keeping process by efficiently scanning, uploading, and filing production-related documents. This role is essential to ensure the corresponding records (e.g., prescriptions, production documents) are accurately scanned, organized, and uploaded into our software system for easy retrieval. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable with clerical tasks, and capable of managing document files both physically and digitally.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Scan, verify and archive production-related documentation and records.
- Ensure files are properly digitized and stored easily retrievable
- Upload Scanned Files to Magic touch
- Provides additional support and assistance on tasks and projects as directed by management.
- Accuracy in work performed.
- Dependable and consistent performance.
- Efficient and effective time management.
- Contribute to a safe, clean and happy work environment.
- Competency in general desktop applications and office equipment preferred
- Previous experience in documentation scanning preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have prior experience with document control systems
