Position: Dental Lab Technician – Implant Designer

Oral Arts Dental Lab is a family-owned, full-service dental laboratory specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality dental prostheses, including crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, and orthodontic appliances. We are currently seeking a skilled Dental Lab Technician – Implant Designer to join our team in Huntsville, AL. Key Responsibilities:
- Design custom abutments and dental restorations (crowns, bridges, etc.) using 3Shape software
- Ensure designs meet prescribed specifications, including occlusion, bite, and aesthetic standards
- Modify designs based on feedback from dentists and lab managers
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to dental prescriptions
- Manage workflow efficiently to meet case deadlines
- Collaborate with fellow dental technicians to troubleshoot design challenges
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in Implant Design and 3Shape Dental Systems within a dental lab setting
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and material-specific design requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
