Benefits :The Midwest Implant Institute is seeking a Strategic Engagement and Creative Director to become an integral part of our team. We are a non-profit organization. In this role, you will work to inspire and innovate through creative strategy, ideas, and design output. You will be responsible for the weekly content strategy across all social media platforms, as well as be responsible for owning the execution and analysis of performance in our retention channels (Email and SMS) to build strategies for delivering on revenue goals. This role is a dream job for someone who is able to partner with leadership to align on vision and big idea thinking and then translate, execute and bring to life that vision across all channels. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, strategic, data-oriented, and has a strong background in email and SMS marketing. This is the perfect role for someone who is confident enough to craft the platform vision for a brand. This candidate will need to straddle creative ideation as well as tactical and hands-on creative direction. This candidate has the ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast paced environment.
